GC Accountants was founded in 1982 by Peter Georgiades trading as Georgiades & Co. In 1992 Peter Georgiades and Harry Charalambou of Charalambou & Co merged their practices to form the current firm of Georgiades Charalambou & Co LLP.
Masud Abdul-Karim and Ritish Shah were appointed as junior Partners. It is a reflection of the calibre of our staff that appointments to junior Partner and senior manager status have been made from within the firm.
The expansion of the firm from the early days to the present has been achieved mainly through recommendation from existing clients; an indicator of the value that clients place on us.
